The Chinese New Year, also known as Lunar New Year, is a celebration of the arrival of Spring and the beginning of a New Year on the Chinese lunisolar calendar.

Chinese New Year marks the transition between zodiac signs: 2022 was the year of the Tiger, while 2023 is the year of the Rabbit. The Rabbit is the symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity in Chinese culture, thus 2023 is predicted to be a year of hope.
