Inside the Chopard Universe: An Evening of Cinema, Jewellery and Exceptional Craftsmanship Hosted by Royal de Versailles

On September 11, 2026, Royal de Versailles Jewellers and Chopard welcomed guests to The Hazelton Hotel in Toronto for an intimate evening celebrating exceptional jewellery, watchmaking and the Maison’s longstanding connection to the world of cinema.

Created as an immersive Chopard experience, the evening brought together remarkable creations, storytelling and hospitality.

An Evening in the Chopard Universe

Guests began the evening with a private cocktail reception, surrounded by a curated presentation of Chopard creations.

They were then invited to explore the collection up close, discover the craftsmanship behind each piece and try on a selection of exceptional jewellery and timepieces.

The presentation brought together special Chopard creations associated with the Maison’s 2026 Cannes season alongside pieces selected by Royal de Versailles, offering guests an opportunity to experience the artistry of Chopard in an intimate setting.

Exceptional Creations Up Close

From diamond-set jewellery to striking timepieces, the cocktail hour allowed guests to appreciate the details that define the Chopard universe: remarkable stones, imaginative design and meticulous craftsmanship.

The presentation was complemented by floral installations and elegant displays that introduced the evening’s garden-inspired atmosphere while allowing the jewellery itself to remain the focus.

A Celebration of Chopard and Cinema

Following the cocktail reception, guests made their way to the Norman Jewison Cinema at The Hazelton Hotel for a screening of Man of the Hour, presented in collaboration with TIFF.

The screening offered a more personal look into the world of Chopard and the family behind the Maison, while reflecting Chopard’s deep connection to cinema, storytelling and the creative arts.

Dinner in a Mystical Garden

After the screening, guests returned upstairs, where the evening transitioned into an intimate dinner inspired by Mystical Garden.

Deep navy tables, delicate floral arrangements, flickering candlelight and a constellation of lights transformed the space into an atmospheric setting that echoed the elegance and imagination of the Chopard universe.

Throughout the room, jewellery displays remained integrated into the environment, allowing the evening’s celebration of craftsmanship to continue through dinner.

Every detail of the evening was considered, from the presentation of the creations to the cinematic experience and the final candlelit dinner.

An Evening to Remember

Royal de Versailles and Chopard were delighted to share this special evening with our guests.

Bringing together fine jewellery, watchmaking, cinema and hospitality, the evening offered an intimate expression of the creativity and craftsmanship that define the Maison of Chopard.

We look forward to continuing to bring exceptional experiences and extraordinary creations to our clients in Toronto.
