A. Lange & Söhne introduced three exciting new watch models during this year’s Watches and Wonders event in Geneva, Switzerland, which ran from March 30th to April 5th.

The minute repeater is one of the most formidable challenges in watchmaking. It sounds the current time on demand. The RICHARD LANGE MINUTE REPEATER enables an exceptional time format: It strikes a low tone for every full hour, a double tone for every quarter hour and a high tone for every further minute. Additionally, the chiming mechanism has been enhanced with extra features, such as the patented hammer blocker and a pause elimination. Our most experienced watchmakers meticulously tune each of the 50 limited-edition watches like a precious musical instrument. With the newly developed L122.1 manufacture calibre, the three-part enamel dial crafted in-house and a platinum case that is water resistant to 2 bar (20 metres), this masterpiece is not only an acoustic marvel but also a feast for the eyes.
Precision, elegance, superb watchmaking artistry – yet robustness. In the new ODYSSEUS, this is a natural combination. The sporty-elegant timepiece made of rugged titanium stands out with its low weight and perfect comfort on the wrist. At the same time, the ODYSSEUS meets lofty aesthetic expectations with an ice- blue dial and inimitable design features including a large day and date display. The customised L155.1 DATOMATIC manufacture calibre powers the ODYSSEUS. Typically for Lange, it is assembled twice. It has a newly introduced balance bridge, a balance that beats with a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour and a special oscillation system design that makes the movement less susceptible to abrupt shocks and jolts. Also, the ODYSSEUS has a case that is water resistant to 12 bar (120 metres). This first titanium timepiece by A. Lange & Söhne is a versatile watch that not only accompanies you to meetings but just as consummately to workouts. With the ODYSSEUS, limited to 250 watches, you can explore new avenues but always remain true to yourself.
Get acquainted with a modern classic that is now even more versatile: the new GRAND LANGE 1. Available in 18-carat white or pink gold, this watch has persuasively fine proportions: it has a diameter of 41 millimetres and a height of merely 8.2 millimetres. Despite the compact case, horological exploits are hidden beneath the dial. The proven L095.1 manually wound calibre consists of 397 parts that are elaborately finished by hand. As usual for Lange, it is assembled twice and with only one mainspring barrel, it attains a maximum power reserve of 72 hours. But there are many additional assets that complement the intrinsic values. The asymmetric design of the dial with the Lange outsize date is an eye-catcher with a particularly plastic and balanced effect. Thanks to the reduced height of the case, the GRAND LANGE 1 is an elegant companion that snugly fits your wrist and under your cuff. It is a timepiece that radiates understatement and reflects the personality of its owner.
